The one I received looked like it had been returned before. My guess is because the screw parts that put the long cylinders/rods together were bent slightly so they would not screw together properly. Additionally the hex screws for the arms were smaller than the hex wrench which also was problematic. It was nice & heavy and seemed very sturdy. Exchanging and hoping this was a fluke.Sturdy economical coat rackVery easy to assemble. Looks good, just like the product picture when assembled. Seems plenty sturdy.The coat rack was simple to put together with the tool providedand wordless directions. It's solid, good looking, and holdscoats. What more does a coat rack need to do?
